Day 1

Arrival in Delhi – Gateway to India’s Wild Heart

Experiences:

Delhi to Kaziranga (Flight + Drive 5–6 hrs) – Call of the Eastern Grasslands

Experiences:
• After breakfast, check-out from hotel & Drive to Guwahati.

Flight to Guwahati, scenic drive to Kaziranga through tea estates and rural Assam
• Traditional Assamese welcome at your jungle lodge.
• Sunset walk on the lodge’s private nature trail with bird watching.
• Folk music performance around a bonfire by the Mishing tribe.
• Interactive session on Kaziranga’s anti-poaching success stories.

Kaziranga – Realm of the One-Horned Rhino

Experiences:
• Dawn jeep safari in Kohora or Bagori zone – chance to see rhinos, wild elephants, swamp deer, otters.

• Afternoon safari in a different zone—search for tigers, hog badgers, and capped langurs.
