1. Booking Policy

All tour bookings must be confirmed via email or phone, and are subject to availability at the time of booking. A deposit or full payment (depending on the tour type) may be required to secure your reservation. Final confirmation will be sent after receiving payment and all necessary travel details.

2. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or UPI (details provided on request). Full payment must be received before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed. All prices mentioned are in INR or USD, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to tajbeyondindia@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed as per the following policy:

  • More than 15 days before tour: 90% refund
  • 7–14 days before tour: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before tour or no-show: No refund
    In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Modifications to Bookings

Changes to the itinerary or dates must be requested at least 5 days prior to the tour. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. Additional charges may apply for date or itinerary changes.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry valid identification and required travel documents (passport, visa, etc.). Taj Beyond India is not liable for any issues arising from missing or invalid documents.

6. Health & Safety

Travelers are expected to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking. We recommend travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss. All tours follow standard safety protocols, but participation is at your own risk.

7. Liability

Taj Beyond India shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, or delay caused by third-party vendors, transportation providers, or unforeseen circumstances. While we aim to deliver all services as promised, itineraries may be subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or local restrictions.

8. Use of Website & Content

All content on this website is the property of Taj Beyond India. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited. The information provided is for general purposes. We reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.

9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

We strive for 100% guest satisfaction. If you face any issues during your tour, please contact us immediately at +91 79068 33745 or email tajbeyondindia@gmail.com. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Agra.
