1. Cancellation by the Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing via email at tajbeyondindia@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed as per the schedule below:
- More than 15 days before the tour date: 90% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- 7 to 14 days before the tour date: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days before the tour date or in case of no-show: No refund will be provided.
Note: The refund amount will be less any applicable bank or transaction charges.
2. Cancellation by Taj Beyond India
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political unrest, or operational challenges), you will be offered the choice of:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative tour of the same value (subject to availability)
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days of the cancellation request.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, card, UPI, etc.).
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Some bookings (like flight/train tickets, special permits, hotel rooms during peak seasons) may be non-refundable. You will be informed about such conditions at the time of booking.
5. Force Majeure
Refunds may not be possible in situations beyond our control, such as natural calamities, lockdowns, curfews, government regulations, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will try to offer alternative arrangements or partial refunds wherever feasible.
